The Entrepreneurial Roller Coaster

Ok, I told you I´d be honest. Me writing this blog is about sharing. But it is also a business venture. There is a plan, there is a goal, because without that we are not going anywhere. Where are you in 5 years? Honestly.

If you are like most people, you will be in more or less the same spot as you are right now. Is that what you want?

If you want change, YOU have to change. You have to DO something new. Sometimes even something scary.

Want. Plan. Goal. Do. A few of the words that has been mentioned already, and we will dive deeper into those and many more during this journey together.

The Entrepreneurial Roller Coaster

It will not be easy. Any entrepreneur knows it is not easy. The ups could be really high, and the lows are record low. At least it feels like that. That´s part of the deal.

And at all times you need to keep a positive attitude and facade. And that alone can break any super person over time. You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice (quote from one of my favorites, Bob Marley).

That´s where I was 3-5 years ago. I had no choice but being strong. My financials hit rock bottom, my self-esteem and self-confidence was shattered. That´s where my story begins, and it will also tell you how I found solutions and strengths to pull through. I will continue to share my honest thoughts and experiences. I will post positive things that are valuable to me, and that I hope are also valuable to you. I want to give back.

I believe there are many people out there in similar situations as the one I was in. My hope is that I will be able to inspire YOU to make the changes you need in your life. It could be a single word that makes the difference, it could be a thought planted, a shared inspirational video, maybe the tools I was using to overcome my difficulties, or the tools I am using now as a successful networker. I don´t know all the answers, but I know that DOING something new leads to change. Positive change if you wish.

My next post will tell the story of how things turned around for me 3 years ago. I am looking forward to sharing it with you.

And about the entrepreneurial roller coaster. It is just like any other roller coaster you have been on. There are moments you hate it and wish you weren´t there, and there are moments you love it and you never want it to end. Excitement is mixed with fear, and laughter shifts to nausea in seconds. But you are alive. You are stretching yourself. You are living!

“I´d rather be on the roller coaster than riding the merry-go-round”. Quote from my good friend Peter. A wise man struggling as well as many others.

Until next time, take care and live your life. Do It All!

All the best,

Mathias

Inspired by others, inspiring others. A gift is not a gift until you share it. Ok, so here it is. No censorship. No fake it til I make it. True story, straight from the heart. My name is Mathias Audell Ringblom. I live in the countryside just outside of Stockholm, Sweden, with my wife Charlott and our two boys, Edvin and Melker, 8 and 11 years old. I have been an entrepreneur as long as I can remember. Now, 44 years old, the pieces have started to fall into place. During my journey there has been ups and downs, and I have received alot of help along the way, especially through the downs, from inspirational websites, webinars, live events, books and more. Now it is time to pay it forward. I want to share my story, both historically, and in real time. Life. Maybe you will be inspired. Maybe you will inspire me. Hopefully we´ll move forward together on a better path. All the best, Mathias
